Energy Bites

Time: 30 min | Makes: About 20-30 bites

BASE INGREDIENTS:

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey

2 tbsp. water

1 tsp. vanilla extract

ADD-IN’S:

2 tbsp. chia seeds or ground flax seed

½ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix base ingredients together then add in your mix-in’s.

  2. Scoop onto parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to form into uniform bite size bites.

  3. Place into freezer to set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
