Energy Bites

BASE INGREDIENTS:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
ADD-IN’S:
2 tbsp. chia seeds or ground flax seed
½ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix base ingredients together then add in your mix-in’s.
Scoop onto parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to form into uniform bite size bites.
Place into freezer to set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
